We hope everyone is enjoying a smooth and healthy start to the new year. With many new homeowners joining the community and several important updates taking effect, this is a great time to reconnect, get organized, and make sure you’re receiving all community communications.

Your management team at Action Property Management works hard to keep residents informed, and email is our primary way of sharing timely updates. Community emails may include information about maintenance, emergency or time-sensitive projects, homeowner maintenance reminders, vendor access, board meetings and elections, valet and garage operations, and other important association notices.

If you are not already receiving email blasts—or if you’re unsure—please take a moment to confirm your contact information is set up correctly. If you need help configuring your account or accessing the web portal, our Community Care team is happy to assist at communitycare@actionlife.com. Staying connected helps ensure you don’t miss important updates.

New-Year Financial Housekeeping Reminder

The beginning of the year is also an ideal time for a quick financial check-in. If your annual HOA assessment amount changed, please make sure your payments have been adjusted accordingly.

If you send payments manually or have your bank set to automatically send a fixed monthly payment, that amount does not update automatically and may need to be changed. Payments are only adjusted automatically if you are enrolled in ACH through Action and the Association’s bank, where the correct amount is pulled electronically.

We recommend reviewing your bank statements and checking your account ledger in the web portal. If you’re unsure how your payments are set up, please reach out to Community Care for assistance. Taking a few minutes now can help avoid late fees or interest later—this is a very common and understandable oversight.

Valet Services Reminder – Updated 2026 Hours

As a reminder, the updated valet hours are now in effect at Crescent. As previously communicated, the developer is no longer subsidizing a portion of the valet contract, and the cost is now fully funded by homeowners. This change was one of the primary factors contributing to the recent assessment increase.

2026 Valet Hours
Monday–Friday: 7:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.–7:00 p.m.
Saturday–Sunday: 7:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.

Please note that valet support and assistance with the parking lift are only available during these contracted hours.

If you would like to be trained on using the lift, the current valet is available to provide guidance during their scheduled hours. To arrange training, please notify the Front Desk or speak directly with the valet while they are on duty.
