We would like to inform you of several major events taking place throughout San Francisco during May 2026. These events may result in increased traffic, limited parking availability, street closures, and higher pedestrian activity in and around the city.

- Free outdoor performances including music, dance, and cultural events. HEAD WEST Marketplace – May 9–10
- A local artisan marketplace hosted at the Ferry Building.
What to Expect:
- Increased traffic and congestion, especially on event dates

- Higher pedestrian activity in surrounding areas
We encourage residents to plan ahead, allow extra travel time, and follow posted signage or instructions from local authorities during these events.

Valet Services Reminder – Updated 2026 Hours
As a reminder, the updated valet hours are now in effect at Crescent. As previously communicated, the developer is no longer subsidizing a portion of the valet contract, and the cost is now fully funded by homeowners. This change was one of the primary factors contributing to the recent assessment increase.
2026 Valet Hours
Monday–Friday: 7:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.–7:00 p.m.
Saturday–Sunday: 7:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.
Please note that valet support and assistance with the parking lift are only available during these contracted hours.
If you would like to be trained on using the lift, the current valet is available to provide guidance during their scheduled hours. To arrange training, please notify the Front Desk or speak directly with the valet while they are on duty.
Thank you for helping us keep Crescent running smoothly and for staying engaged in the community. We truly appreciate our residents and look forward to working together throughout the year ahead. Stay safe, stay healthy, and welcome to another year at Crescent.
